The KWC AR-15 Conversion to an M16a2 Front end

The reason I decided to spend (waste) money into purchasing a JAC front
end is not only for aesthetic reasons. But I now can (maybe) install a Sun
Project m203 Grenade launcher and also insert a longer sniper barrel. I
currently have ordered an APS-2 tight-bore barrel (6.04 mm ID) and will post up
custom install pictures when I get it in from Den Trinity.
The original front end partially taken apart

Here is the stock inner barrel and the recoil unit, I will try and figure a way to install the recoil parts on the new barrel and try and upgrade it for more recoil.
Ok well, I really didn’t get a chance to take pictures of how I swapped outer barrels, but here is what went down: I removed the part Z07 (where the delta ring attaches to) on the KWC and then realized that the area where you place a pin to secure the receiver on the JAC (same delta attachment area) was too small (off by maybe a hairline). So I swapped the front end and attached it to the KWC Z07 to ensure 100% fitment. You can see the 2 parts below:
On the left picture is the whole assembly, and on the right are the KWC and then the original JAC.
The KWC upper and lower receivers, and the JAC front end on the distant right.
JAC front end, with the trademarks J! Sorry picture is kind of dark.
This is a side-by-side comparison of the APS barrel and the original stock barrel with my custom hop up job. Note the recoil unit parts on the right side and the parts included with the new barrel on the left.
I added a few layers of tape around the barrel in the same area where the E clip goes so the barrel wont fall out of the gun.
Barrel rigged into the weapon. NOT SHOWN: I added tape at the front of the barrel and used the O-ring from stock barrel (the smallest one that stopped the recoil ring) and placed the O-ring ahead of the tape. I did this to make sure the barrel is centered as much as possible when the front piece is added. Lastly, I completed the rifle, and now all internal modifications are complete for now.
